Q: How is Zipbedz different?
A: It ends the hassle of lifting heavy mattresses. Our "Zip-Off" design separates the sheet into a "Base" and a "Swappable Top".

Q: Why 2 Swappable Tops?
A: For "Seamless Swapping". When one Top goes into the wash, zip on the spare immediately. Your mattress is never left exposed.

Q: Is it waterproof & hygienic?
A: Yes. Zipbedz is designed for complete protection. It combines soft brushed fabric with a breathable TPU membrane, creating a physical barrier that effectively blocks liquids, dust mites, and allergens. The material is also bacteria-resistant, making it a great choice for hygienic households.

2. Ordering & Measurement

Q: How to measure?
A: Measure exact Width (W), Length (L), and Thickness (T).

  • Standard Mattress: Edge to edge.
  • Pillow Top / Curved: Follow the curve with a soft tape. For Thickness, measure Total Height (include pillow top).

Q: What is the "Zipper Point"?
A: It's the gap where zippers start/end (~30cm from headboard), allowing cables to pass through.

  • Using Electric Blanket? Choose side closest to your socket.
  • No cables? Choose either side.

Q: Allowance for shrinkage?
A: No. Provide the "Actual Net Size". We pre-calculate the fit.

Q: Size variance?
A: Handmade tolerance of ±1–2cm is normal.

3. Usage & Care

Q: When swapping the Top, how do I find the 'Zipper Point'?
A: Locate the care labels sewn on the Top and Base. Align them, and you will find the zipper insertion pin at the bottom—this is your starting point.

Q: Washing instructions?
A: Machine wash at 30°C (use laundry bag), and do not tumble dry, bleach, dry clean, or iron.

Q: Can I mix Tops from different sets?
A: Not recommended. Zippers are hand-matched for each set. Please keep sets together.
