Returns & Refunds As all Zipbedz products are 100% made-to-order and fully customized based on the unique dimensions you provide, we strictly do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchange requests due to customer measurement errors, color discrepancies, or personal preferences. Returns or exchanges are exclusively reserved for obvious manufacturing quality defects or size deviations exceeding a normal manual manufacturing margin of error of ±2cm from your order specifications. To report a valid defect, you must contact us at info@zipbedz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic proof.
