Q: How is Zipbedz different?
A: It ends the hassle of lifting heavy mattresses. Our "Zip-Off" design separates the sheet into a "Base" and a "Swappable Top".

Q: Why 2 Swappable Tops?
A: For "Seamless Swapping". When one Top goes into the wash, zip on the spare immediately. No waiting for laundry to dry, and your mattress is never left exposed, ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted comfort.

Q: Is it waterproof & dust mite proof?
A: Yes. Zipbedz features comprehensive protection. It combines soft brushed fabric with an advanced TPU membrane for waterproof protection that actually breathes. This effective physical barrier locks out moisture and spills, preventing the accumulation of dust mites and allergens to keep your mattress dry and clean.

2. Ordering & Measurement

Q: How to measure my mattress?
A: Please use a centimeter (cm) tape measure or soft measuring tape to get the actual Width (W), Length (L), and Thickness (T). Do not rely on purchase receipts or product labels, as actual dimensions often vary.

  • Standard Flat Mattress: Measure edge to edge directly.
  • Pillow Top / Curved Mattress: Use a soft tape measure closely following the curve of the surface for Width and Length. For Thickness, measure the Total Height (must include the bulging pillow top part).

Q: Should I add allowance for shrinkage or extra space when measuring?
A: No, please do not add any allowance. Zipbedz fabrics will not shrink, and our custom sheets are crafted 1:1 based on your data. Measuring too large results in loose fabric, while measuring too small causes over-tightness that shortens the lifespan of both the sheet and zipper. Simply provide your exact "Actual Net Size", and we will create a tailored sheet for you.

Q: What is the "Zipper Point"?
A: It's the gap where zippers start/end (approx. 30cm from the headboard), allowing cables to pass through.

  • Using an Electric Blanket? Choose the side ("Left" or "Right") closest to your power socket.
  • No cables needed? You can choose either side freely.

Q: Can the zipper starting position be changed to the foot of the bed?
A: Yes! Simply rotate the sheet 180 degrees during installation.

Zipbedz sheets feature a symmetrical design. When making your bed, just swap the head and foot orientation, and the zipper will naturally move to the foot of the bed (orientation is also based on standing at the foot of the bed):

  • Ordered "Left" ➔ After rotating, it naturally moves to the right side of the foot.
  • Ordered "Right" ➔ After rotating, it naturally moves to the left side of the foot.

Q: What is the material and feel of the Zipbedz sheet like?
A: Our sheets combine skin-friendly comfort with comprehensive protection, featuring the following characteristics:

  • Soft Micro-Fleece Touch: The surface features premium brushed polyester with a subtle micro-fleece texture. It is highly skin-friendly and exceptionally comfortable, bringing you an excellent sleep experience.
  • Comprehensive Protection Structure: The backing is integrated with a breathable TPU waterproof membrane, effectively blocking liquid penetration and dust mite accumulation to provide the most reliable protection for your mattress.

3. Usage & Care

Q: When swapping the Top, how do I find the Zipper starting point?
A: Locate the care labels sewn on the Top and the Base. Align them together, and you will see the zipper insertion pin at the bottom—this is your starting point for zipping.

Q: What are the washing and care instructions?
A: To protect the waterproof TPU Membrane and prolong the product's lifespan, please strictly follow these care instructions:

  • Make sure to machine wash at 30°C (Wash separately recommended)
  • Do not use fabric softener (It damages the waterproof layer)
  • Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean (High heat and chemicals damage the membrane)

💡 Tips:

  • Comfort Tips: After one or two washes, the fibers become fluffier, making the fabric feel even more skin-friendly and supple.
  • Washing Hacks: Fold the TPU layer (the white side) inward during washing to ensure better detergent rinsing and prevent potential residue marks.
  • Spin Cycle: It is normal for water to pool on waterproof fabric after spinning. Simply pour out the excess water and run a second spin cycle.

Q: Can I mix and match Tops from different sets?
A: Not recommended. Each Zipbedz set is individually custom-made, and zippers are hand-matched 1-to-1. Even for sets of the same size, we cannot guarantee components from different batches will pair smoothly. Please pair them with their original Base.

4. Delivery & After-sales

Q: Do you have a physical store or showroom?
A: Zipbedz operates exclusively through online direct sales and factory-direct shipping, and we do not have physical retail stores. By operating online, we eliminate expensive showroom rent, allowing us to invest 100% of our resources into premium materials and high-quality, bespoke tailoring. Furthermore, since every set is custom-made to your mattress's exact dimensions, we cannot carry pre-made stock. Our direct-to-consumer model is designed to provide you with the absolute best value and quality.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Zipbedz utilizes an end-to-end production and direct shipping model, managing everything from manufacturing to shipment. The system will display your "Estimated Shipping Date" at checkout based on current order volumes. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Q: Can I return or exchange if the size doesn't fit?
A: As all products are 100% custom-made based on your provided dimensions, we do not accept returns or exchanges for measurement errors or personal preferences. Returns are only accepted for obvious quality defects or if the manufacturing size seriously deviates from your order (exceeding the normal variance ±2cm). Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
