1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Service
All orders are shipped securely via SF Express.

  • Notification: After dispatch, an email containing the "Tracking Number" will be sent to let you track your package.

2. Regional Information

Hong Kong

  • Options: Home Delivery or Self-pickup.
  • Self-pickup: If you choose SF Station / EF Locker, please simply enter the "SF Store Code" in the address field.

Taiwan

Real-Name Authentication (EZ WAY)
To ensure smooth customs clearance, please comply with Taiwan Customs "EZ WAY" regulations:

1. Required Information

  • Full Chinese Name: Must be your real full name (matching your ID).
  • Mobile Number: Must match your EZ WAY registration.
  • ID Number: Required for customs declaration.

2. After Shipment
Once shipped, please check the "EZ WAY" App notification and click "Declare Conformity" (申報相符) to allow customs clearance.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Custom-Made Product Policy
Zipbedz products are 100% custom-made. No returns or exchanges.

  • We do not accept requests due to measurement errors or change of mind.
  • Please double-check L, W, H before ordering.

Defect & Warranty
We will provide after-sales support if the following occurs:

  • Significant quality defects or fabric damage.
  • The manufactured size differs significantly from the order specifications (exceeding the ±2cm handmade tolerance).

How to Report:
If such defects occur, please contact us within 7 days of receipt:

* Include: Your Order Number and Photos clearly showing the defect or measurement issue.
* Follow-up: We will review your case and arrange a replacement or repair as soon as possible.
