Q: How is Zipbedz different?
A: It ends the hassle of lifting heavy mattresses. Our "Zip-Off" design separates the sheet into a "Base" and a "Swappable Top".

Q: Why 2 Swappable Tops?
A: For "Seamless Swapping". When one Top goes into the wash, zip on the spare immediately. No waiting for laundry to dry, and your mattress is never left exposed, ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted comfort.

Q: Is it waterproof & dust mite proof?
A: Yes. Zipbedz features comprehensive protection. It combines soft brushed fabric with an advanced TPU membrane for waterproof protection that actually breathes. This effective physical barrier locks out moisture and spills, while preventing the accumulation of dust mites and allergens, keeping your mattress clean. The material itself resists bacterial growth, making it the top choice for home hygiene and deep cleaning.

2. Ordering & Measurement

Q: How to measure my mattress?
A: Please use a centimeter (cm) tape measure or soft measuring tape to get the actual Width (W), Length (L), and Thickness (T). Do not rely on purchase receipts or product labels, as actual dimensions often vary.

  • Standard Flat Mattress: Measure edge to edge directly.
  • Pillow Top / Curved Mattress: Use a soft tape measure closely following the curve of the surface for Width and Length. For Thickness, measure the Total Height (must include the bulging pillow top part).

Q: What is the "Zipper Point"?
A: It's the gap where zippers start/end (approx. 30cm from the headboard), allowing cables to pass through.

  • Using an Electric Blanket? Choose the side ("Left" or "Right") closest to your power socket.
  • No cables needed? You can choose either side freely.

Q: Should I add allowance for shrinkage or extra space?
A: No, please do not add any allowance. Zipbedz uses pre-tested, shrink-resistant fabrics. Simply provide the "Actual Net Size" of your mattress, and our tailors will calculate the perfect fit.

Q: Is there any size variance?
A: Every Zipbedz sheet is individually hand-cut and sewn by our craftsmen. A size variance within ±2cm is a normal result of the handmade process and is not considered a quality defect. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Usage & Care

Q: When swapping the Top, how do I find the Zipper starting point?
A: Locate the care labels sewn on the Top and the Base. Align them together, and you will see the zipper insertion pin at the bottom—this is your starting point for zipping.

Q: What are the washing and care instructions?
A: To protect the waterproof TPU Membrane and prolong the product's lifespan, please strictly follow these care instructions:

  • Machine wash at 30°C (Wash separately recommended)
  • Do not use fabric softener (It damages the waterproof layer)
  • Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean (High heat and chemicals damage the membrane)

💡 Tips:

  • When washing, fold the white TPU waterproof side inward to effectively rinse away detergent and avoid residue marks.
  • It is normal for water to pool on the waterproof fabric after the spin cycle. Simply drain the water and run an additional spin cycle separately.

Q: Can I mix and match Tops from different sets?
A: Not recommended. Each Zipbedz set is individually custom-made, and zippers are hand-matched 1-to-1. Even for sets of the same size, we cannot guarantee components from different batches will fit perfectly. Please pair them with their original Base.

4. Delivery & After-sales

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Zipbedz utilizes a "one-stop production and direct shipping" model. The system will display the "Estimated Delivery Date" at checkout based on current order volumes. A tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

Q: Can I return or exchange if the size doesn't fit?
A: As all products are 100% custom-made based on your provided dimensions, we do not accept returns or exchanges for measurement errors or personal preferences. Returns are only accepted for obvious quality defects or if the manufacturing size seriously deviates from your order (exceeding the normal variance). Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
